We are not a law firm, we do not practise law, and using this site does not create an attorney-client relationship. Deadlines depend on facts we do not see, including your contract, the type of project, notices filed by others, and court decisions. Confirm every deadline with a construction attorney licensed in the relevant state before you rely on it.

We work to keep the rules accurate and show the date each rule was last checked, but the site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for a missed deadline or any loss that results from relying on the site.
Early access
The payment desk described on this site is not yet available. Signing up for early access is free, creates no obligation for you or for us, and does not guarantee that the service will launch, in your state or at the prices shown. If it launches you will see the final terms and price before you are asked to pay anything.
Your documents
When the desk is available: You review and e-sign each notice. We then mail it for you, in your name, by certified mail with proof. You are the sender of record, and nothing is mailed until you have signed it.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site, overload it, scrape it at volume, or try to get around its limits.
