The calculator
The dates you enter are used to work out your deadlines and are not stored. We keep only daily counts of calculator runs, by state and by the ad keyword or link that brought you here.
Early-access sign-up
If you sign up we store what you enter: email, company, state, trade, number of active jobs, revenue band if you give one, the plan that interests you, the page you came from on this site, and the time. We do not store your IP address or browser details with it. We use it only to run early access and to email you about SubPayDesk. We don't sell it or share it for anyone else's marketing.
We keep sign-ups until early access opens in your state, and no longer than 12 months, then delete them unless you have become a customer. To see or delete yours sooner, email hello@subpaydesk.com.
Measurement
We count page views, calculator runs, clicks on "Start free" and sign-ups on our own server, as daily totals, some split by the ad keyword or link a visit came from. There are no cookies, no third-party analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking across sites. Our host's standard request logs may record IP addresses for a short time for security.
Where it is kept
The site and its data are hosted in the United States by Fly.io.
